Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah interactivity, information quality, entertainment, e-trust, e-satisfaction, dan e-loyalty berpengaruh terhadap purchasing intention. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan convenience sampling. Penelitian ini ditujukan kepada pembaca blog ShopBack. Responden pada penelitian ini berjumlah 188 orang yang terdiri dari 114 orang wanita dan 74 orang pria. Kemudian, untuk menganalisis data digunakan PLS-SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa interactivity, information quality, entertainment, e-trust, e-satisfaction, dan e-loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap purchasing intention di situs web ShopBack, yaitu e-loyalty pembaca blog ShopBack secara langsung berpengaruh positif terhadap purchasing intention ke situs web ShopBack. Selain itu information quality, entertainment, dan interactivity yang di mediasi oleh e-trust dan esatisfaction secara tidak langsung berpengaruh juga terhadap purchasing intention ke situs web ShopBack.
