Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perhitungan laba pada PT Global Persada Internusa secara keseluruhan dengan menggunakan cost-volume-profit analisis dan untuk mengetahui break even point, tingkat margin of safety dan leverage operasi yang terjadi pada perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara dan analisis data secara kualitatif. Objek studi kasus penelitian ini adalah PT Global Persada Internusa. PT Global Persada Internusa adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang perakitan lampu LHE , LED Swaballast. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT Global Persada Internusa menghasilkan laba bersih pada tahun 2017 sebesar Rp 36,162,122,631. Break even point, tingkat margin of safety dan leverage operasi pada tahun 2017 berada pada tingkat yang aman. PT Global Persada Internusa belum menerapkan cost-volume-profit analysis secara efektif, dalam menghitung biaya variable dan biaya tetap PT Global Persada Internusa belum menggunakan cara yang tepat. / This study aims to determine the calculation of profits at PT Global Persada Internusa using a cost-volume-profit analysis and to find out the break even point, the level of margin of safety and leverage of operations that occur in the company. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study method, collecting data by interviewing and analyzing data qualitatively. The object of this research case study is PT Global Persada Internusa. PT Global Persada Internusa is a manufacturing company engaged in assembling LHE lamps, Swaballast LEDs. The results of this study indicate that PT Global Persada Internusa generates profits in 2017 of Rp 36,162,122,631. Break even point, the level of margin of safety and operating leverage in 2017 are at a safe level. PT Global Persada Internusa has not implemented cost-volume-profit analysis effectively, in calculating variable costs and fixed costs of PT Global Persada Internusa has not used the right method.
