Abstract

Gaya hidup seorang merupakan pola hidup seseorang yang diekspresikan dalam kegiatan, atensi, serta opininya. Gaya hidup pada prinsipnya merupakan pola seorang dalam mengatur waktu serta uangnya. Gaya hidup pengaruhi sikap seorang yang pada kesimpulannya memastikan pola konsumsi seseorang. Munculnya industri Kedai Kopi membawa dampak baru dalam gaya hidup konsumen. Arti dari kedai kopi sendiri pada saat ini terjadi pergeseran yang dimana ketika mendatangi Kedai Kopi bukan cuma sebagai tempat buat melaksanakan aktivitas mengkonsumsi, tetapi Kedai Kopi pula dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengisi kekosongan kegiatan, melakukan rapat kegiatan, serta bertemu dengan rekan ataupun saudara. Dengan terciptanya gaya hidup baru, menarik persaingan Kedai Kopi yang menyatakan bahwa dalam persaingan tersebut yang terbaiklah yang akan bertahan untuk itu yang harus diperhatikan dalam persaingan adalah tentang usaha untuk mempertahankan pelanggan karena pelanggan merupakan faktor terpenting dalam pengaruh berkembangnya suatu Kedai Kopi. Kedai kopi merupakan hal yang tidak asing lagi di telinga masyarakat saat ini di Indonesia dari yang sebelumnya bukan penikmat kopi menjadi penikmat kopi khususnya di Manado. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh variabel authenticity, prior experience, interpersonal justice, dan involvement terhadap revisit intention konsumen Kopi Janji Jiwa di Manado. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu berdasarkan data dari 100 responden yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan perempuan, berdomisili di Manado, dengan batasan usia 18-60 tahun. Kuesioner diberikan kepada konsumen yang pernah mengunjungi Kopi Janji Jiwa minimal 2 kali dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun terakhir. Untuk pengolahan dan penganalisaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 22.0. Selanjutnya, untuk mentabulasi hasil penelitian responden, serta melakukan pengujian model penelitian adalah dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data Structural Equation Model (SEM). Temuan empiris tersebut mengidikasikan bahwa hubungan authenticity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap involvement dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.371 dengan nilai C.R sebesar 2.781; interpersonal justice berpengaruh signifikan terhadap involvement dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.237 dengan nilai C.R sebesar 2.388; prior experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap involvement dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.379 dengan nilai C.R sebesar 3.596; authenticity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.279 dengan nilai C.R sebesar 2.044; interpersonal justice berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.381 dengan nilai C.R sebesar 3.544; prior experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0.273 dengan nilai C.R. 2.226; involvement berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention dengan nilai koefisien regresi 0.320 dengan nilai C.R. 2.229. / A person's lifestyle is a person's pattern of life which is expressed in his activities, attention, and opinions. Lifestyle in principle is a pattern of a person in managing his time and money. Lifestyle influences a person's attitude which ultimately determines a person's consumption pattern. The emergence of the Coffee Shop industry has brought a new impact on consumers' lifestyles. The meaning of the coffee shop itself at this time there is a shift where when visiting a coffee shop is not only a place to carry out consuming activities, but a coffee shop can also be used to fill vacancies, hold activity meetings, and meet with friends or relatives. With the creation of a new lifestyle, attracting coffee shop competition which states that in this competition the best will survive, for that what must be considered in competition is about efforts to retain customers because customers are the most important factor in influencing the development of a coffee shop. Coffee shops are something that is not foreign to the ears of today's people in Indonesia, from those who were previously not coffee connoisseurs to coffee lovers, especially in Manado. This study aims to analyze the effect of the variables of authenticity, prior experience, interpersonal justice, and involvement on the revisit intention of the Kopi Janji Jiwa consumers in Manado. The sample used in this study is based on data from 100 respondents who are male and female, domiciled in Manado, with an age limit of 18-60 years. Questionnaires are given to consumers who have visited Kopi Janji Jiwa at least 2 times in the last 1 year. For processing and analyzing data in this study using SPSS 22.0. Furthermore, to tabulate the results of the respondents' research, as well as to test the research model, use the Structural Equation Model (SEM) data analysis technique. The empirical findings indicate that the authenticity relationship has a significant effect on involvement with a regression coefficient of 0.371 with a C.R value of 2.781; interpersonal justice has a significant effect on involvement with a regression coefficient of 0.237 with a C.R value of 2.388; prior experience has a significant effect on involvement with a regression coefficient of 0.379 with a C.R value of 3.596; authenticity has a significant effect on revisit intention with a regression coefficient of 0.279 with a C.R value of 2.044; interpersonal justice has a significant effect on revisit intention with a regression coefficient of 0.381 with a C.R value of 3.544; prior experience has a significant effect on revisit intention with a regression coefficient value of 0.273 with a C.R value. 2226; involvement has a significant effect on revisit intention with a regression coefficient of 0.320 with a C.R. 2229.
