Abstract

Isu mengenai lingkungan hidup ini merupakan hal yang cukup menarik perhatian pada saat ini. Mengingat bahwa pesatnya perkembangan Industri dan juga permasalahan pandemi Covid-19 yang menyebabkan pengunaan bahan medis pun sangat meningkat, maka Limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun pun meningkat secara drastis. Perlu diingat bahwa kepentingan global ini merupakan salah satu kepentingan hidup manusia. Penelitian ini merupakan tinjauan lebih lanjut terkait pertanggungjawaban korporasi oleh PT. Nirmala Tipar Sesama yang telah melakukan pencemaran lingkungan oleh limbah bahan berbahaya dan beracun tanpa izin berdasarkan Undang - Undang No. 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup serta perubahan dalam Undang – Undang No. 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Cipta Kerja. Tindakan – tindakan illegal yang dilakukan oleh PT. Nirmala Tipar Sesama adalah melakukan pengelolaan, menghasilkan limbah B3 tanpa melakukan pengelolaan, dumping, pengumpul, dan pemanfaatan limbah B3 tanpa izin. = The Issue regarding living environment has become an interesting outlook as for right now. With the rapid development and also the problems that came up due to the pandemic of COVID-19, leads to the arising misuse of medical materials which also consequently contributing to the causing of high increase in hazardous and toxic waste. We need to take account that this global issue is one of the needs of human life. This research is a further review related to the cooperate responsibility PT. Nirmala Tipar Sesama who has polluted the environment by the waste of hazardous and toxic materials without the permit based on the law No.32 of 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management as well as changes in Law no. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation. Illegal acts committed by PT. Nirmala Tipar Sesama are managing and producing hazardous and toxic waste without managing, dumping, collecting, and utilizing hazardous waste without a permit.
