Abstract

Bank sebagai lembaga keuangan yang memiliki kontribusi besar bagi perekonomian suatu negara dan bank juga sudah seharusnya memberikan masyarakat rasa aman akan dana yang mereka simpan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini berfokus pada perlindungan nasabah yang mengalami kerugian akibat perbuatan pembobolan bank dalam Putusan PN Surabaya Nomor 75/Pid.Sus-TPK/2020/PN Sby dengan tujuan agar tidak terjadi lagi masalah serupa dikemudian hari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini yuridis normatif doktrinal yang mana sumber data yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini yaitu data sekunder yang terdiri dari bahan hukum primer dan sekunder, serta menggunakan pendekatan Statute Approach, Conceptual Approach, Case Approach. Kesimpulan dalam skripsi ini yaitu perlindungan hukum bagi nasabah bank dalam hal terjadinya pembobolan bank dalam Putusan PN Surabaya Nomor 75/Pid.Sus-TPK/2020/PN Sby adalah dengan dibentuknya Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan dan mewajibkan setiap bank menjamin dana masyarakat yang disimpan dalam bank bersangkutan dan perlindungan berupa penyelesaian pengaduan nasabah oleh pihak bank./ Banks as financial institutions that have a major contribution to the economy of a country and banks should also provide the public with a sense of security for the funds they save. Sus-TPK/2020/PN Sby with the aim of preventing similar problems from happening again in the future. The research method used in writing this thesis is doctrinal normative juridical where the data source used in writing this thesis is secondary data consisting of primary and secondary legal materials, and uses the Statute Approach, Conceptual Approach, and Case Approach. The conclusion in this thesis is that the legal protection for bank customers in the event of a bank break-in in the Surabaya District Court Decision Number 75/Pid.Sus-TPK/2020/PN Sby is the establishment of the Deposit Insurance Corporation and requires each bank to guarantee public funds stored in the bank concerned. and protection in the form of settlement of customer complaints by the bank.
