Abstract

Perkembangan platform belanja daring atau E-commerce bergerak pesat di Indonesia, hal ini sejalan dengan pembangunan Indonesia. Hal ini memberikan peluang besar untuk berbagai sektor dengan pasar seluas Indonesia. Hal ini didorong oleh perubahan gaya hidup (lifestyle) masyarakat yang menginginkan segalanya praktis berbasis daring. Platform belanja daring atau E-commerce di Indonesia salah satunya adalah Bukalapak. Platform belanja daring ini pertama kali diluncurkan pada 10 Januari 2010. Bukalapak menjadi Startup peringkat 1 di Indonesia pada tahun 2019. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini memiliki tujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengaruh Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Risk, dan Financial Cost dalam membentuk Behavioral Intentions pengguna Bukalapak di Surabaya. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan maka diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat dalam pengembangan teori dan penelitian pemasaran, serta memberikan manfaat bagi Bukalapak dalam menelaah pengaruh variabel Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Risk, dan Financial Cost dalam membentuk Behavioral Intentions. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengolahan data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 22.0. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan sosial media dan meminta responden untuk membagikannya. Didapatkan 157 responden dan digunakan 137 responden sebagai sampel yang sesuai dengan karakteristik yaitu pria dan wanita, berusia 17-65 tahun, berdomisili di Surabaya, memiliki aplikasi dan akun Bukalapak dan pernah melakukan pembelian atau transaksi lainnya menggunakan Bukalapak dalam kurun waktu 6-12 bulan terakhir. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat menunjukkan hasil bahwa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar adalah Social Influence dalam membentuk Behavioral Intentions sebesar 0,261; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar kedua adalah variabel Effort Expectancy dalam membentuk Behavioral Intentions sebesar 0,211; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar ketiga adalah variabel Facilitating Conditions dalam membentuk variabel Behavioral Intentions sebesar 0,203; kemudian variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar keempat adalah variabel Performance Expectancy dalam membentuk Behavioral Intentions sebesar 0,154; kemudian terdapat variabel yang memiliki pengaruh cukup kecil dalam membentuk Behavioral Intentions yaitu variabel Perceived Risk sebesar 0,069; dan yang terakhir variabel yang memiliki pengaruh kecil dalam membentuk variabel Behavioral Intentions yaitu variabel Financial Cost sebesar -0,050. / The development of online shopping platforms or E-commerce is moving rapidly in Indonesia, this is in line with Indonesia's development. This provides great opportunities for various sectors with a market as large as Indonesia. This is driven by changes in the lifestyle of people who want everything to be practically online-based. One of the online shopping platforms or E-commerce in Indonesia is Bukalapak. This online shopping platform was first launched on January 10, 2010. Bukalapak became the #1 Start Up in Indonesia in 2019. This research aims to understand how the influence of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Risk, and Financial Cost in shaping the Behavioral Intentions of Bukalapak users in Surabaya. From the research conducted, it is hoped that it can provide benefits in developing theory and marketing research, as well as providing benefits for Bukalapak in examining the influence of the variables Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Perceived Risk, and Financial Cost in shaping Behavioral Intentions. This research is a quantitative research with data processing using SPSS 22.0 software. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using social media and asking respondents to share them. Obtained 157 respondents and used 137 respondents as a sample according to the characteristics, namely male and female, aged 17-65 years, domiciled in Surabaya, have a Bukalapak application and account and have made purchases or other transactions using Bukalapak in the last 6-12 months. The results of the research conducted can show the results that the variables that have the greatest influence are Social Influence in forming Behavioral Intentions of 0.261; then the variable that has the second largest influence is the Effort Expectancy variable in forming Behavioral Intentions of 0.211; then the variable that has the third biggest influence is the Facilitating Conditions variable in forming the Behavioral Intentions variable of 0.203; then the variable that has the fourth biggest influence is the Performance Expectancy variable in forming Behavioral Intentions of 0.154; then there are variables that have a fairly small effect in forming Behavioral Intentions, namely the Perceived Risk variable of 0.069; and the last variable that has a small influence in shaping the Behavioral Intentions variable is the Financial Cost variable of -0.050.
