Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh debt to equity ratio, return on equity ratio, dan dewan komisaris independen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor industry dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2015-2017. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 61 sampel selama 3 tahun penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data ialah dengan studi dokumentasi (data berupa laporan tahunan perusahaan). Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis data deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikoliniearitas, uji heteroskedatisitas, uji F, uji t, dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan SPSS versi ke-25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa (1) debt to equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) return on equity ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
