Abstract

Keberlanjutan sudah menjadi perhatian publik di berbagai bidang, tidak terkecuali bagi perusahaan. Untuk mengetahui prospek keberlanjutan perusahaan di masa depan banyak aspek yang dapat dipertimbangkan. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengujian pengaruh Modal Intelektual dan Tata Kelola Perusahaan terhadap Pertumbuhan Keberlanjutan perusahaan yang dihitung menggunakan MVAIC. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor barang konsumen primer yang terdapat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2017-2020. Analisis data dialkukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan program aplikasi STATA. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Modal Intelektual tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan keberlanjutan perusahaan. Sedangkan Tata Kelola Perusahaan yang diproksikan menggunakan Komisaris Independen menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan. Proksi yang lain dari Tata Kelola Perusahaan yaitu Keberagaman Gender dan Ukuran Dewan Direksi diketahui tidak berpengaruh dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan keberlanjutan perusahaan./ Sustainability has become a public concern in various fields, including companies. To find out the prospects for the company's sustainability in the future, there are many aspects that can be considered. This study, testing the influence of Intellectual Capital and Corporate Governance on the growth of the company's sustainability which is calculated using MVAIC. This study uses a sample of manufacturing companies in the primary consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2020. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with the STATA application program. The results of this study indicate that Intellectual Capital has no significant effect on the company's Sustainability Growth. Meanwhile, Corporate Governance as proxied using Independent Commissioners shows a significant effect. Another proxy for Corporate Governance, namely Gender Diversity and the Size of the Board of Directors, is known to have no effect and has a negative effect on the Company's Sustainability Growth.
