Abstract
Tugas Akhir ini untuk meneliti pelaksanaan pemberian kompensasi pada PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk. serta untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan staf/pejabat dan karyawan PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk. akan penerimaan kompensasi dengan produktivitas kerja mereka. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan tersebut adalah tehnik statistik Tes X2 (Kai - Kuadrat). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang cukup kuat antara variabel unsur-unsur kompensasi dengan variabel produktivitas kerja. Semakin baik dan benar penanganan masalah kompensasi dan produktivitas kerja pada PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk., maka semakin besar kemungkinan hasil atau keuntungan yang akan diperoleh perusahaan tersebut.
