Abstract

Rumah Makan Laras Hati adalah rumah makan chinese food yang berada di Kota Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Bisnis keluarga ini sudah beroperasi selama 35 tahun, dan juga keluarga ini berkeyakinan Kristen, dan menganut budaya Kong Fu Zi. Saat ini Laras Hati sedang mengalami persaingan dan juga penurunan pendapatan karena COVID-19. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin melihat faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi keun ggulan kompetitif pada Rumah Makan Laras Hati selama adanya COVID-19 ini. Kemudian penelitian ini menggunakan Studi Kasus Tunggal yang melibatkan wawancara, catatan lapangan, dan observasi terhadap pemilik, karyawan, dan konsumen. Sehingga ditemukannya Mini-Model Teori yang dapat membantu pemilik dalam meningkatkan keunggulan kompetitifnya. / Laras Hati Restaurant is a Chinese food restaurant located in Magelang City, Central Java. This family business has been operating for 35 years, and also the family is Christian, and adheres to the Kong Fu Zi culture. Currently Laras Hati is experiencing competition and also a decrease in revenue due to COVID-19. In this study, researchers wanted to see what factors could affect the competitive advantage of Laras Hati Restaurant during the COVID-19 outbreak. Then this study uses a Single Case Study which involves interviews, field notes, and observations of owners, employees, and consumers. So the discovery of Mini- Model Theory that can assist owners in increasing their competitive advantage.
