Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji pengaruh modal intelektual dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel intervening. Objek penelitian yakni industri consumer goods yang terdaftar di BEI 2016-2020. Model penelitian mengaplikasikan regresi linear berganda yang diolah dengan SPSS 25. Hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa modal intelektual berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Likuiditas berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas dapat mengintervensi hubungan modal intelektual dan nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas tidak dapat mengintervensi hubungan likuiditas dan nilai perusahaan / The purpose of the study was to examine the effect of intellectual capital and liquidity on firm value with profitability as an intervention variable. The object of research is the consumer goods industry listed on the 2016-2020 BEI. The research model applies multiple linear regression processed with SPSS 25. The test results prove that intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on profitability and firm value. Liquidity has no effect on profitability and has.a significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability can intervene in the relation between intellectual capital and firm value. Profitability cannot interfere with the relation between liquidity and firm value.
