Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh corporate governance dan digitalisasi terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan. Corporate governance merupakan pengelolaan perusahaan dengan tujuan mencegah terjadinya masalah agency antara pemilik dan manajemen serta faktor kepentingan oleh manajemen perusahaan. Pengelolaan dilakukan dengan harapan hasil akhir torehan kinerja keuangan yang baik. Sedangkan digitalisasi adalah upaya peningkatan layanan oleh bank via digital untuk memudahkan akses nasabah. Corporate governance dapat dikaji menggunakan ukuran dewan komisaris, frekuensi rapat komisaris, ukuran dewan direksi, frekuensi rapat direksi. Peneliti ini juga mengkaji digitalisasi oleh bank. Seluruh kajian pada penelitian ini diuji terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diproksikan menggunakan Return on Asset. Analisa pada data dibantu dengan perangkat lunak STATA. Dengan hasil analisa bahwa ukuran dewan komisaris, frekuensi rapat komisaris, frekuensi rapat direksi dan digitalisasi oleh perbankan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sedangkan ukuran dewan direksi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan. / Corporate governance is the management of the company with the aim of preventing agency problems between owners and management as well as factors of interest by company management. Management is carried out with the hope that the result will be good financial performance. Digitization is an effort to improve services by banks via digital to facilitate customer access. Corporate governance can be assessed using the size of the board of commissioners, the frequency of commissioner meetings, the size of the board of directors, and the frequency of board of directors' meetings. This researcher also studies digitization. All studies in this study were tested on the company's financial performance as proxied using Return on Assets. Analysis of the data is assisted by STATA software. With the results of the analysis that the size of the board of commissioners, the frequency of commissioner meetings, the frequency of directors' meetings and digitalization by banks have no effect on financial performance. While the size of the board of directors influences financial performance.
