Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pemberdayaan Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan perusahaan XYZ, untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kerjasama Tim terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan perusahaan XYZ, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan Karyawan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja pada karyawan perusahaan XYZ. Pada zaman yang sudah mengalami globalisasi dan berkembang menjadi lebih modern ini, perusahaan perlu memperhatikan kesejahteraan serta kepuasan dari setiap karyawan agar mereka dapat bekerja lebih efektif dan efisien. Perusahaan XYZ merupakan perusahaan retail yang berlokasi di JL. Teluk Uma, Tebing, Tanjung Balai Karimun, Provinsi Riau yang memiliki kepuasan karyawan yang rendah. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya karyawan yang sering sekali telat datang bekerja dan juga tingkat persentase turnover yang tinggi. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti ialah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling, lebih tepatnya yaitu purposive sampling yang berjumlah 135 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, dan pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini memiliki manfaat dalam merumuskan kebijakan bagi perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan pemberdayaan karyawan, kerjasama tim, dan juga pelatihan karyawan guna meningkatkan kepuasan kerja. Selain itu, dapat juga menjadi referensi pemahaman akan pentingnya pemberdayaan karyawan, kerjasama tim, pelatihan karyawan serta kepuasan kerja dalam perusahaan / This research was conducted with the aim to determine the effect of Employee Empowerment on Job Satisfaction in XYZ company employees, to determine the effect of Teamwork on Job Satisfaction in XYZ company employees, and to determine the effect of Employee Training on Job Satisfaction in XYZ company employees. In an era that has experienced globalization and has developed into a more modern era, companies need to pay attention to the welfare and satisfaction of each employee so that they can work more effectively and efficiently. XYZ Company is a retail company located in JL. Teluk Uma, Tebing, Tanjung Balai Karimun, Riau Province which has low employee satisfaction. This is indicated by the number of employees who are often late for work and also the high percentage of turnover. The type of research used by researchers is quantitative research. Sampling using non-probability sampling technique, more precisely, namely purposive sampling totaling 135 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was then processed using SPSS while the data analysis used the classical assumption test. Based on the results of data analysis conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, teamwork has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and employee training has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. This research has benefits in formulating policies for companies related to employee empowerment, teamwork, and also employee training to increase job satisfaction. In addition, it can also be a reference for understanding the importance of employee empowerment, teamwork, employee training and job satisfaction within the company.
