Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemberdayaan karyawan, kerjasama tim, dan pelatihan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasi di pendidikan tinggi swasta di wilayah Tangerang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling, dimana pengambilan sampel didasarkan oleh pertimbangan dari peneliti atas sampel-sampel mana saja yang paling sesuai yang dianggap dapat mewakili populasi penelitian. Data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner elektronik google atau google form yang dibagikan secara online dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 126 responden yang merupakan karyawan yang ada di sektor pendidikan tinggi swasta di wilayah Tangerang. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala likert dengan nilai 1 sampai 5 dari sangat tidak setuju hingga sangat setuju. Pengelolaan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart Partial Least Squares atau SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini, pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi; kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi; dan pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen organisasi. Dari penelitian ini, diharapkan dapat membantu industri sektor pendidikan tinggi swasta khususnya di wilayah Tangerang sehingga dapat menjaga komitmen organisasi dari para karyawan yang bekerja di dalamnya. / This research was conducted to determine the effect of employee empowerment, team work, and employee training on organizational commitment in private higher education in the Tangerang area. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, where the sampling is based on the considerations of the researcher on which samples are the most suitable which are considered to represent the research population. The data collected in this study used a google electronic questionnaire or google form which was distributed online with a sample of 126 respondents who were employees in the private higher education sector in the Tangerang area. The measurement scale used in this study is a Likert scale with a value of 1 to 5 from strongly agree to strongly disagree. Management of data in this study using software Smart Partial Least Squares or SmartPLS. Based on the results obtained in this study, employee empowerment has a positive effect on organizational commitment; teamwork has a positive effect on organizational commitment; and employee training has a positive effect on organizational commitment. From this research, it is hoped that it can help the private higher education sector industry, especially in the Tangerang area, so that it can maintain organizational commitment from the employees who work in it.
