Abstract

Tujuan dari pencapaian penelitan yang dilakukan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh working capital management dan working capital strategy terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan diberbagai tahap siklus hidup perusahaan periode 2007-2020 menggunakan variabel sesuai pengukur: manajemen modal kerja dan strategi modal kerja. Sumber yang dikumpulkan dari penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dimana berupa laporan data keuangan perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2007-2020. Total sampel yang memenuhi seluruh kriteria yang ditentukan adalah 446 perusahaan yang mana periode pengamatan yang digunakan, yaitu selama 14 tahun sehingga total keseluruhan untuk tahun 2006-2020 sebanyak 4.154 observasi. Metode dari penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling dan melakukan analisis menggunakan pengolahan data statistic STATA Statistics 16. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan analisis menunjukkan pengaruh manajemen modal kerja dan strategi modal kerja terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan working capital management tidak berpengaruh secara negative terhadap kinerja keuangan. Working capital strategy berpengaruh negative dan signifikan antara kinerja keuangan. / The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of working capital management and working capital strategy on the company's financial performance at various stages of the company's life cycle for the 2007-2020 period using variables according to the measurement: working capital management and working capital strategy. The sources collected from this research are secondary data in the form of financial data reports of companies listed on the IDX for the period 2007-2020. The total sample that meets all the specified criteria is 446 companies that carry out the observation period used, which is 14 years so that the total for 2006-2020 is 4,154 observations. The research method uses purposive sampling and performs analysis using statistical data processing STATA Statistics 16. Research that has been analyzed shows the effect of working capital management and working capital strategy on the company's financial performance. The results obtained indicate that working capital management has no negative effect on financial performance. Working capital strategy has a negative and significant effect on financial performance.
