Abstract

UMKM di Indonesia memiliki dampak yang sangat besar kepada perekonomian di Indonesia. Maka itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari tahu hubungan antara servant leadership, perilaku kewargaan organisasional karyawan, kepercayaan afektif dan kepercayaan kognitif kepada kinerja karyawan. Terdapat lima variabel di dalam penelitian ini dengan tiga belas hipotesis. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang sedang bekerja di UMKM di DKI Jakarta. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM yang terdiri dari outer model dan inner model. Pengujian hipotesis lalu akan dilakukan yang akan meneliti efek langsung serta tidak langsung dalam penelitian ini. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa servant leadership, perilaku kewargaan organisasional karyawan dan kepercayaan afektif berpengaruh positif kepada kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan kepercayaan kognitif memiliki pengaruh yang negatif kepada kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi yang positif kepada pemilik UMKM agar dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya dan alhasil kinerja usahanya secara keseluruhan./MSME in Indonesia have a huge impact on the Indonesian economy. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out the relationship between servant leadership, employee organizational citizenship behavior, affective trust, and cognitive trust on employee performance. There are five variables in this study with thirteen hypotheses. The sample in this study were employees who were working in MSME in DKI Jakarta. In this study, researchers conducted testing using PLS-SEM which consisted of the outer model and the inner model. Hypothesis testing will then be carried out which will examine the direct and indirect effects of this study. The results of this study indicate that servant leadership, employee organizational citizenship behavior and affective trust have a positive effect on employee performance while cognitive trust has a negative influence on employee performance. This research is expected to make a positive contribution to the owners of MSME in order to improve the performance of their employees and as a result the overall business performance.
