Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memahami pengaruh job autonomy terhadap work-life balance, untuk memahami pengaruh supervisor work-life balance support terhadap work-life balance, untuk memahami pengaruh work-life balance terhadap organizational pride, dan untuk memahami pengaruh organizational pride terhadap job satisfaction pada PT. XYZ. Salah satu faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi keberlanjutan suatu organisasi adalah manajemen sumber daya manusia, sehingga dibutuhkan karyawan yang berkompeten dan mampu memberikan kinerja yang maksimal bagi organisasi. Berdasarkan studi eksplorasi pada karyawan PT. XYZ yang berlokasi di Tangerang, Provinsi Banten, ditemukan bahwa faktor job satisfaction perlu diperhatikan pada manajemen sumber daya manusia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan non- probability sampling dengan kategori judgement sampling dengan total berjumlah 243 responden. Adapun teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner dan diolah dengan program SPSS, dan dilakukan uji asumsi klasik serta uji hipotesis. Melalui hasil analisis data yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan bahwa keempat hipotesis adalah diterima. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat untuk lebih memahami variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian dan memberikan masukan untuk penerapan job autonomy, supervisor work-life balance support, work-life balance, organizational pride dan job satisfaction dalam suatu perusahaan. / This research was made to study more about the influence of job autonomy to work-life balance, the influence of supervisor work-life balance support, the influence of work-life balance to organizational pride, and the influence of organizational pride to job satisfaction on XYZ Company. One of the factor that influence the sustainability of organization is human resource management, therefore organization need employee that competent and willingly to give their best performance for the organization. According to exploration study on employee of XYZ Company that located in Tangerang, Banten, it was found that job satisfaction is needed as one of the factor of human resource management. The type of this research is quantitative research. Using non- probability sampling with judgement sampling category, and the total amount of respondent is 243. Data collected by spread questionnaire and analyzed by SPSS program for assumption classic test and hypothesis test. According to data analysis, founded that the four hypotheses are accepted. This research can provide benefit to know more about the variable that used in this research and give input to the practice of job autonomy, supervisor work-life balance support, work-life balance, organizational pride and job satisfaction on organization.
