Abstract

Penelitian ini guna mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja kewirausahaan perempuan pada bisnis yang dimiliki. Membahas tentang faktor-faktor keberhasilan usaha yang memengaruhi variabel terikat yaitu kinerja WOB. Karakteristik, lingkungan kerja, dukungan lingkungan, serta peran budaya dalam pemberdayaan dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup wirausahawan perempuan menjadi salah satu instrumen yang cukup penting mengingat kesenjangan jenis kelamin dalam kegiatan kewirausahaan yang menyebabkan adanya budaya patriarki pada perempuan yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini. Terdapat faktor-faktor pendukung pada pengusaha yang pada penelitian ini tidak berpengaruh pada kinerja berbisnis. Sejumlah penelitian telah mengakui adanya faktor pendukung yang memengaruhi kinerja bisnis milik perempuan. Namun pada penelitian kali ini sebanyak 319 responden pengusaha wanita memberikan hasil bahwa terdapat beberapa variabel pendukung berpengaruh seperti LBI dan LBE, namun budaya nasional sebagai moderasi justru ditolak hipotesisnya kecuali yang memoderasi LBE. Yang artinya budaya nasional sebagai variabel penjelas banyak tidak memengaruhi faktor lainnya. Metode kuantitatif dengan non-probability sampling teknik purposive sampling digunakan pada penelitian ini, dilakukan dengan penyebaran kusioner online melalui Google Form yang kemudian akan dilakukan uji analisis SEM dengan software SmartPLS untuk mendapatkan hasil model luaran dan dalam untuk kemudian dapat diambil kesimpulan./ / This study aims to identify the factors that influence the entrepreneurial performance of women in the businesses they own. Discusses the business success factors that affect the dependent variable, namely WOB performance. Characteristics, work environment, environmental support, and the role of culture in empowering and improving the quality of life of female entrepreneurs are quite important instruments considering the gender gap in entrepreneurial activities that causes discrimination against women involved in these activities. There are supporting factors in entrepreneurs which in this study have no effect on business performance. A number of studies have acknowledged the existence of supporting factors that affect the performance of women-owned businesses. However, in this study as many as 319 female entrepreneur respondents gave the result that there were several influential supporting variables such as LBI and LBE, but national culture as a moderator actually rejected the hypothesis except for the one that moderated LBE. Which means that national culture as an explanatory variable does not influence other factors. Quantitative methods with non-probability sampling and purposive sampling technique were used in this study, conducted by distributing online questionnaires via Google Form which will then be tested with SEM analysis using SmartPLS software to obtain the results of the external and internal models and conclusions can then be drawn.
