Abstract
PENYUTRADARAAN FILM DOKUMENTER MERABA DUNIA DIGITAL Film merupakan sebuah visual bergerak secara frame by frame yang dapat ditonton sekaligus di pelajari. Terkadang kita juga dapat menjadikan film untuk keperluan edukasi di dalam sebuah film dokumenter. Film dokumenter Meraba Dunia Digital menceritakan seorang tunanetra programmer yang menggunakan kemampuannya untuk membantu para difabel tunanetra lainnya, diharapkan bisa memberikan edukasi pada masyarakat tentang kaum difabel. Meraba Dunia Digital mengangkat kisah hidup seorang programmer tuna netra. Melalui kerja kerasnya sebagai seorang tunanetra programmer ia dapat membuat sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan para tunanetra lainnya. Tak hanya itu, ia juga mendirikan ITCFB (Information and Technology Centre for the Blind) untuk mendukung para tunanetra yang ingin belajar programming. Melalui film dokumenter ini, kita diajarkan untuk tidak memandang sebelah mata dengan orang difabel. Kata Kunci: ITCFB, Difabel, Dokumenter, Tunanetra, Programmer. / SEBASTIAN SATRIO DARMINTO (00000022491) DIRECTING DOCUMENTARY FILM MERABA DUNIA DIGITAL Film is a motion visual frame by frame which can be watched and learned. Sometimes we can use film as an education purpose such as documentary. The documentary film Meraba Dunia Digital is about a blind programmer that use his talent to help other disable people, such as the blind. Through this documentary, it is expected to give education or lesson for the people about disable people. Meraba Dunia Digital is from a true story about a blind programmer. From his hard work as a blind programmer, he can help other people that need a media for their daily life. And there's more, he also founded an organization group called ITCFB (Information and Technology Centre for the Blind) to support disable such as blind people that wanted to learn programming.
