Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membahasan mengenai pengaruh profitabilitas, leverage, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Dalam penelitian ini variabel independen adalah Profitabilitas, Leverage, Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, dan Umur Perusahaan sedangkan untuk variabel dependennya sendiri adalah nilai perusahaan. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan sector farmasi yang sudah terdaftar didalam Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2008-2020. Sebanyak 117 sampel perusahaan yang didasarkan dengan metode purposive sampling yang diambil untuk penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa (1) Profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif terhaadap nilai perusahaan, (2) Leverage memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) Ukuran Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadaap nilai perusahaan, (4) Pertumbuhan Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. / This study was conducted to discuss the effect of profitability, leverage, firm size, and firm growth on firm value in pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). In this study the independent variables are Profitability, Leverage, Firm Size, Company Growth, and Firm Age while the dependent variable itself is firm value. The object used in this study uses pharmaceutical sector companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2008-2020. A total of 117 samples of companies based on the purposive sampling method were taken for this study. The results of this study prove that (1) Profitability has a positive effect on firm value, (2) Leverage has a positive influence on firm value, (3) Company size has no effect on firm value, (4) Company growth has no effect on firm value.
