Abstract

ANALISIS PENGARUH LITERASI EKONOMI, MODAL, TENAGA KERJA, DAN PEMASARAN TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN USAHA: STUDI PADA UMKM MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN DI KOTA JAKARTA (xiii + 94 halaman + daftar pustaka + lampiran) Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari literasi ekonomi, modal, tenaga kerja, dan pemasaran terhadap pengembangan usaha UMKM makanan dan minuman yang ada di Kota Jakarta. Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan para pelaku usaha, khususnya makanan dan minuman mengalami kerugian, bahkan tidak sedikit yang harus menutup usahanya secara permanen karena tidak mampu bertahan di kondisi saat ini, mereka yang mampu bertahan harus mengembangkan usahanya agar sesuai dengan kondisi new normal, oleh karena itu dibutuhkan penelitian yang komprehensif untuk mengetahui faktor- faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pengembangan usaha tersebut. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian asosiatif atau kausal, dengan menggunakan metode analisis data PLS-SEM. Sampel yang didapatkan didalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 200 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampling non-probability dengan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner secara online. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data ditemukan bahwa literasi ekonomi dan tenaga kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pengembangan usaha, sedangkan modal dan pemasaran memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap pengembangan usaha. Penelitian ini membantu para pelaku usaha UMKM khususnya makanan dan minuman untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang dapat berkontribusi terhadap keberhasilan pengembangan usaha mereka, dengan harapan mereka dapat bertahan di masa pandemi dan berkembang di masa depan. Kata kunci: Literasi Ekonomi, Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Pemasaran, Pengembangan Usaha. / ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF ECONOMIC LITERACY, CAPITAL, LABOR, AND MARKETING ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: STUDY ON FOOD AND BEVERAGE MSMES IN JAKARTA CITY (xiii + 94 pages + references + attachment) This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of economic literacy, capital, labor, and marketing on the development of food and beverage SMEs in the city of Jakarta. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused business actors, especially food and beverage to suffer losses, not even a few have to close their businesses permanently because they are unable to survive in the current conditions, those who are able to survive must develop their businesses to suit new normal conditions, because therefore, a comprehensive research is needed to determine the factors that influence the development of the business. This research is an associative or causal type of research, using the PLS-SEM data analysis method. The sample obtained in this study were 200 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling method, while the data collection technique used was an online questionnaire. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that economic literacy and labor did not have a significant effect on business development, while capital and marketing had a positive influence on business development. This research helps MSME entrepreneurs, especially food and beverage, to identify factors that can contribute to the success of their business development, with the hope that they can survive the pandemic and thrive in the future.
