Abstract
Penulisan laporan magang bertujuan Untuk mempelajari peran divisi Investor Relations sebagai bagian dari Public Relations PT Atlas Resources Tbk dalam mengelola keterbuakan informasi perusahaan. Salah satu perusahaan batubara Indonesia yang telah berdiri semenjak tahun 2007 dan menjadi perusahaan terbuka adalah PT Atlas Resources Tbk. Dikutip dari situs perusahaan PT Atlas Resources Tbk memiliki lahan lebih dari 200.000 Ha dan memiliki 6 lokasi proyek eksplorasi batubara. Saat perusahaan telah go public atau menjual sahamnya di pasar saham, maka perusahaan perlu menjalankan komunikasi secara aktif kepada publik untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan sahamnya
