Abstract

Pasar Modal saat ini memegang pengaruh yang cukup besar atas perekonomian di Indonesia. Dalam investasi pasar modal, naik turunnya return saham perusahaan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh leverage terhadap return saham; menguji pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap return saham dan menguji pengaruh operating cash flow terhadap return saham. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berjumlah 58 perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode Purposive Sampling. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil oleh peneliti harus mewakili beberapa kriteria berikut, yaitu:”Perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2016-2020; Perusahaan yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dengan data keuangan yang lengkap terkait variabel yang diteliti. Pada penelitian ini pengujian dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa Leverage dan Operating Cash Flow tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return saham, sedangkan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap Return saham. / The Capital Market currently holds a considerable influence on the economy in Indonesia. In capital market investment, the rise and fall of the company's stock return is influenced by several factors. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of leverage on stock returns; tested the effect of profitability on stock return and tested the effect of operating cash flow on stock return. The population used in this study are consumer goods industrial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, totaling 58 companies. The sampling technique used in this research is the purposive sampling method. In this study, the sample taken by the researcher must represent the following criteria, namely: “Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020; Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with complete financial data related to the variables studied. In this study, testing was carried out using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software. The results of this study reveal that Leverage and Operating Cash Flow have no effect on stock return, while profitability has a positive effect on stock return.
