Abstract

Toko Sumber Rejeki, Toko Sembako Kudap dan Summer Cellular merupakan bisnis keluarga berkebudayaan Chinese yang bergerak di dalam industri retail. Ketiga bisnis ini berencana akan mewariskan kepada suksesor perempuan. Penelitian ini melibatkan 3 bisnis keluarga yakni Toko Sumber Rejeki telah berdiri kuranh lebih 50 tahun, Toko Sembako Kudap telah berdiri selama 8 tahun dan Summer Cellular telah beridri selama 25 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana strategi bisnis keluarga berkebudayaan Chinese dalam mempersiapkan suksesi kepada suksesor perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan multiple case study melalui wawancara, observasi tidak langsung dan field notes. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini akan terbentuk Mini Model Theory yang menunjukkan strategi suksesi dalam bisnis keluarga kebudayaan Tionghua.
