Abstract

Panti asuhan merupakan salah satu bentuk organisasi. Perilaku kerja produktif diperlukan oleh pengasuh panti asuhan dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Perilaku kerja produktif merupakan perilaku seseorang yang berkontribusi positif terhadap organisasi, maupun lingkungannya. Salah satu faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku kerja produktif adalah resiliensi. Resiliensi merupakan kemampuan untuk mengatasi dan beradaptasi terhadap kejadian berat atau masalah yang terjadi dalam kehidupan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh resiliensi terhadap perilaku kerja produktif pengasuh panti asuhan di Tangerang. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale dan Perilaku Produktif. Sebanyak 32 partisipan dari sembilan panti asuhan di Tangerang menjadi subjek penelitian dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh resiliensi terhadap perilaku kerja produktif sebesar 51.9% (p=.000) menggunakan teknik Regresi Linear Sederhana. Penulis menemukan bahwa dimensi personal competence berpengaruh paling signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja produktif. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya, bagi yayasan atau panti asuhan agar dapat membuat program yang dapat meningkatkan resiliensi pengasuh panti asuhan. / Orphanage is one form of organization. Productive work behavior is needed by orphanage caregivers in carrying out their duties. Productive work behavior is the behavior of a person who contributes positively to both the organization and the environment. One of the factors that influence productive work behavior is resilience. Resilience is the ability to cope with and adapt to severe events or problems that occur in life. This study aims to see whether there is an effect of resilience on productive work behavior in orphanage caregivers in the Tangerang area. The research was conducted quantitatively using the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and Productive Behavior measuring instruments. A total of 32 participants from nine orphanages in Tangerang became research subjects using purposive sampling technique. The results prove statistically that resilience affects productive work behavior by 51.9% (R2=.519, B=.728,p=.000;p<.01) uses a simple linear regression technique. The author found that the dimension of personal competence has the most significant effect on productive work behavior. Suggestions for further research, for foundations or orphanages to be able to create programs that can increase the resilience of orphanage caregivers.
