Abstract

Dijaman dimana semua sudah menuju transparent dan digital, terutama disaat Covid-19 yang telah membuat orang kehilangan orang terdekat dan membuat ekonomi semakin memburuk. Hal ini pun membuat pelanggan mendorong perusahaan untuk berfokus menolong secara sosial dengan program corporate social responsibility (CSR) dan juga aktivitas seperti co-creation. Terutama pada Telkomsel yang semakin lama pelanggan mereka semakin menurun dan ini menyebabkan kurangnya loyalitas pada pelanggan. Apakah program yang mengikut sertakan seperti CSR dan co-creation dapat meningkatkan loyalitas pada pelanggan Telkomsel? Dalam penelitian ini akan menyelidiki lebih dalam hubungan antara CSR dan co-creation pada loyalitas pelanggan. Penelitian ini juga menyelidiki pengaruh co-creation pada kepercayaan pelanggan.
