Abstract

Yuana Pasar Asem merupakan gerai yang berlokasi di Jakarta yang menjual minuman dan makanan ringan. Saat ini gerai Yuana Pasar Asem masih menjalankan proses bisnisnya secara manual. Pencatatan data yang dilakukan hanya mengandalkan pengumpulan catatan. Penghitungan harga total pesanan dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan kalkulator. Selain itu, pembuatan nota dilakukan secara manual. Akibatnya, terdapat permasalahan pada sistem yang dilakukan saat ini yaitu banyaknya data yang hilang, sering terjadi kesalahan dalam mengambil keputusan dalam menentukan makanan dan minuman yang dijual, waktu dan tenaga yang dihabiskan untuk menghitung total harga dan pembuatan nota pesanan, dan kerugian jika terjadinya kesalahan dalam penghitungan total pesanan dan stok makanan minuman. Dalam menjawab permasalahan yang ditemukan, tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penjualan berbasis mobile android application yang dapat membantu gerai Yuana Pasar Asem dan pelanggan dalam memberikan proses transaksi jual beli yang efektif dan efisien. Sistem yang diusulkan dikembangkan dengan metode prototyping dan pemodelan sistem dirancang menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang meliputi use case, activity dan class diagram. Serta, menggunakan Firebase dalam proses perancangan database pada sistem usulan ini. Terakhir, pada tahap pemrograman sistem dilakukan pemrograman dengan menggunakan Java, Android Studio dan Firebase sebagai sistem manajemen database. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah suatu sistem informasi penjualan berbasis mobile android application yang memberikan kemudahan bagi pengelola gerai dalam mengelola data-data penting yang dibutuhkan dan juga menyediakan fitur untuk menghitung harga total pesanan beserta menghasilkan invoice yang dapat langsung di cetak. Sistem ini nantinya akan menjadi acuan bagi pemilik gerai Yuana Pasar Asem untuk pengembangan sistem selanjutnya. / Yuana Pasar Asem is an store located in Jakarta that sells food and beverages. Currently the Yuana Pasar Asem store is still applying the manual method in its business processes. Data recording relies solely on record collection. The calculation of the total price of the order is still done manually using a calculator. In addition, note-taking is still done manually. As a result, there are problems with the current system, which are the amount of missing data, frequent errors in decision making in selling the food and beverages, the time and energy wasted in calculating the total price and making an order note, and the losses when the error occurs in calculating the orders and stocks. In answering the problems found, this final project aims to develop a sales system based on a mobile android application that can assist Yuana Pasar Asem store and customers in providing an effective and efficient buying and selling transaction process. The proposed system is developed using the prototyping method and the system modeling is designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) which includes use cases, activities and classes diagrams. In processing the database design on this proposed system is using Firebase. Finally, at the system programming stage, programming is carried out using Java, the Android Studio and Firebase as a database management system. The result of this final project is a sales information system based on a mobile android application that makes it easy for store managers to manage important data needed and also provides features to calculate the total price of orders and generate invoices that can be printed instantly. This system will later become a reference for Yuana Pasar Asem store owners for further system development.
