Abstract

Terjadinya globalisasi yang mengakibatkan gencarnya negara melakukan kerja sama dengan negara ataupun kelompok lain demi memenuhi kepentingan dan kebutuhan masing-masing. Semakin bertambahnya kerja sama serta perjanjian-perjanjiannya, semakin tinggi juga terjadinya interdependensi antar negara dan antar kelompok. Globalisasi pun mengubah perspektif penggunaan hard power menjadi soft power. Tidak hanya negara besar dan kuat yang memiliki kekuatan tersebut tetapi negara kecil pun memiliki soft power dan potensinya dikarenakan semua pihak pasti terlahir dengan potensi tersebut seperti kesenian dan budaya masing-masing negara. Kerja sama internasional dalam bentuk soft power ini juga dilaksanakan Uni Eropa di Indonesia, dan hal ini terus berkembang dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian kegiatan diplomasi kebudayaan terhadap kedua pihak yang masing-masing memiliki banyak budaya dan kesenian yang terbilang cukup beragam. Teori yang digunakan adalah liberalisme sosiologis, teori yang sesuai dengan kegiatan -kegiatan diplomasi kebudayaan yang dilakukan oleh kedua pihak dengan campur tangan dan bantuan dari semua aktor yang ada dari individu sampai negara. Dengan konsep hubungan bilateral serta diplomasi kebudayaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan menggunakan data sekunder atau studi kepustakaan serta penelusuran daring. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Teknik analisis data naratif. Dari kegiatan kebudayaan yang diselenggarakan di Indonesia maupun kesempatan yang diberikan untuk Indonesia dapat mementaskan budaya di Eropa. Dampak yang dirasakan pun ada di berbagai bidang seperti ekonomi, pendidikan, dan juga pariwisata. Dampak dari kegiatan�kegiatan yang rutin ini, serta kesempatan yang diberikan kepada Indonesia ini banyak terlihat baik untuk Indonesia maupun untuk Uni Eropa itu sendiri./The occurrence of globalization has resulted in the incessant cooperating with other countries or groups to fulfill their respective interests and needs. The more cooperation and agreements, the higher the interdependence between countries and between groups. Globalization has also changed the perspective of using hard power into soft power. Where not only big and strong countries have this power, but small countries also have soft power and potential because all parties must be born with this potential such as the arts and culture of each country. International cooperation in the form of soft power is also carried out by the European Union in Indonesia, and this continues to grow from year to year. Research on cultural diplomacy activities on both parties, each of which has a lot of culture and art, which is quite diverse. The theory used is sociological liberalism, a theory that is in accordance with cultural diplomacy activities carried out by both parties with the intervention and assistance of all existing actors from individuals to the state. With the concept of bilateral relations and cultural diplomacy. Data collection techniques are carried out using secondary data or literature studies and online searches. Data analysis was done by using narrative data analysis technique. From the cultural activities held in Indonesia as well as the opportunities given to Indonesia, it is possible to perform culture in Europe. The impacts are felt in various fields such as the economy, education, and tourism. The impact of these routine activities, as well as the opportunities provided to Indonesia are widely seen both for Indonesia and for the European Union itself.
