Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan analisis rasio keuangan dalam menganalisis kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan pertambangan pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah akibat dari pandemik Covid-19 yang telah menyebabkan penurunan ekonomi di Indonesia dan ekonomi dunia. Keadaan tersebut membuat semua sektor perekonomian mengalami penurunan permintaan tidak terkecuali pada sektor pertambangan batubara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi dokumentasi dengan melihat laporan keuangan tahunan yang diterbitkan oleh PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk di tahun 2019-2020. PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk merupakan perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang telah beroperasi secara komersial sejak tahun 1990 di Kalimantan. Penulis melakukan analisis terhadap pengungkapan laporan keuangan berdasarkan rasio keuangan dan formula Z-Score pada PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk melalui analisis hasil observasi, serta studi literatur yang sudah dipelajari. Analisis rasio keuangan yang digunakan adalah rasio likuiditas, rasio profitabilitas, rasio solvabilitas dan rasio aktivitas. Kemudian penulis menyimpulkan hasil analisis apakah perusahaan terdampak akibat pandemi Covid-19. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan dalam menganalisis laporan keuangan pada PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk pada tahun 2019-2020 menggunakan rasio keuangan dan formula Z-Score, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pandemi Covid-19 berdampak bagi PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk meskipun tidak signifikan. Perusahaan masih mampu membukukan laba bersih meskipun tidak mengalami peningkata yang signifikan./ This study discusses the application of financial ratio analysis in analyzing the financial performance of mining companies during the Covid-19 pandemic. The background of this research is the result of the Covid-19 pandemic which has caused an economic downturn in Indonesia and the world economy. This situation makes all sectors of the economy experience a decline in demand, including the coal mining sector. This research was conducted using a documentation observation technique by looking at the annual financial statements published by PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk in 2019-2020. PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk is a coal mining company that has been operating commercially since 1990 in Kalimantan. The author analyzes the disclosure of financial statements based on financial ratios and Z-Score formulas at PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk through analysis of observations, as well as literature studies that have been studied. The financial ratio analysis used is the liquidity, profitability, solvency and activity ratio. Then the author concludes the results of the analysis whether the company is affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. From the results of research and discussions that have been carried out in analyzing the financial statements of PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk in 2019-2020 using financial ratios and the Z-Score formula, it can be concluded that the Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk, although not significantly. The company was still able to book a net profit even though it did not experience a significant increase.
