Abstract

Kawasan Asia Timur terdiri dari China, Taiwan, Korea, Jepang dan Mongolia. Tentunya makanan yang berasal dari negara masing-masing sangatlah beragam dan sedang mengalami peningkatan tren di beberapa tahun terakhir. Di Kawasan Asia Timur yang terdiri dari 5 negara ini juga tentunya memiliki makanan jajanan yang khas dan juga bervariasi. Makanan jajanan atau yang biasa disebut dengan “Street Food” merupakan makanan atau minuman yang disajikan dalam wadah di tempat umum ini memiliki berbagai macam varian dan jenisnya. Dengan harga nya yang relatif murah dan rasa serta jenis makanan yang bervariasi maka masyarakat pun tertarik untuk menjadikan street food sebagai makanan sehari-hari mereka. Namun pada era pandemi Covid-19 yang sedang menyebar luas di seluruh dunia sekarang ini para penikmat dari street food ini pun harus lebih berhati-hati dalam mengkonsumsi makanan dari luar yang dikarenakan wabah virus ini dapat menyebar cepat dari makanan yang mereka makan. Maka dari itu penulis membuat buku resep yang berjudul “30 Resep Jenis Makanan Jajanan Asia Timur” untuk membantu memberikan ide memasak makanan asia timur bagi para pembaca. Tujuan dari pembuatan buku resep ini yaitu untuk memberikan inspirasi serta memberikan wawasan baru kepada ibu-ibu rumah tangga untuk berjualan. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode kuesioner untuk mengetahui bahwa buku resep tersebut layak. Buku resep ini sudah melalui proses uji produk , uji organoleptik dan sudah melakukan evaluasi terhadap keseluruhan dari buku resep sehingga buku resep tersebut dapat di katakan layak untuk dicoba bagi para pembaca. Diharapkan dengan adanya buku resep ini dapat menginspirasi para pembaca untuk lebih berinovatif dan lebih mengenal dunia memasak. / The East Asian region consists of China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan and Mongolia. surely the food that comes from each country is different and is experiencing an increasing trend in recent years. In the East Asia Region which consists of 5 countries, of course, they also have unique and varied snacks. Snack food or what is commonly referred to as "Street Food" is food or drink served in containers in public places and has various variants and types. With relatively cheap prices and varied tastes and types of food, people are also interested in making street food their daily food. However, in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic which is spreading throughout the world, these street food connoisseurs also have to be careful in consuming food from outside because this virus spreads quickly from the food they eat. So the author created a recipe book entitled "30 East Asian Street Food Recipes" to help provide readers with ideas for cooking East Asian food. The purpose of making this recipe book is to provide inspiration and provide new insights for housewives to sell. The data collection method used is a questionnaire method to find out that the recipe book is feasible. This recipe book has gone through a product test process, organoleptic test and has evaluated the entire recipe book so that the recipe book can be said to be worth trying for readers. It is hoped that this recipe book can inspire readers to be more innovative and get to know the world of cooking better.
