Abstract

Buah Gayam merupakan salah satu buah asli Indonesia yang saat ini termasuk langka. Keberadaan yang langka ini diakibatkan sedikitnya variasi masakan dari buah Gayam sendiri yaitu hanya direbus atau digoreng dijadikan keripik buah Gayam lalu sedikit juga orang yang mengetahui tentang buah asli. Dengan sedikitnya orang yang mengetahui buah Gayam dan variasi masakan dari buah Gayam yang sedikit , peneliti mencoba mengembangkan variasi produk yang terbuat dari buah Gayam. Produk yang akan peneliti buat dari buah Gayam ini adalah, isian mochi. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya seminar hasil ini adalah untuk menyebarluaskan hasil penelitian mengenai wawasan atau pengetahuan tentang Pengolahan Buah Gayam dan mendapatkan saran dan masukan dari dosen penguji untuk penyempurnaan hasil penelitian. Hasil dari seminar ini adalah mendapat saran dan masukan agar laporan penelitian dapat disempurnakan lagi dengan menguatkan latar belakang, teknis penulisan, dan referensi yang kredibel dan baik/Gayam fruit is one of Indonesia's original fruits which is currently rare. This rare existence is due to the lack of variations in the cuisine of the Gayam fruit itself, which is only boiled or fried into Gayam fruit chips and few people know about the original fruit. With few people who know about Gayam fruit and the variety of cuisines from Gayam fruit are few, researchers are trying to develop a variety of products made from Gayam fruit. The product that researchers will make from Gayam fruit is mochi filling. The purpose of holding this seminar on results is to disseminate research results regarding insight or knowledge about Gayam Fruit Processing and to get suggestions and input from examiners to improve research results. The result of this seminar is to get suggestions and input so that the research report can be further refined by strengthening the background, technical writing, and credible and good references.
