Abstract

Indonesia memiliki banyak pulau, yang mana di setiap pulau memiliki citra rasa makanan yang berbeda-beda. Maka dari itu di setiap daerah memiliki ciri khas nya masing-masing Salah satunya adalah pulau Jawa yang mana di pulau Jawa sendiri memiliki berbagai macam masakan dari setiap daerah di pulau Jawa. Namun pada saat ini sudah banyak makanan tradisional yang mulai ditinggalkan oleh generasi muda sekarang, oleh karena itu penulis ingin memperkenalkan Kembali kepada masyarakat luas terhadap berbagai macam makanan dari pulau Jawa kedalam suatu rancangan buku resep yang berisikan tentang masakan dari pulau Jawa. Diharapkan rancangan buku resep tersebut dapat membantu masyarakat Indonesia untuk dapat mengenal kembali masakan yang ada di Indonesia khususnya di pulau Jawa. / Indonesia has many islands, each of which has a different taste of food. Therefore, each region has its own characteristics. One of them is the island of Java, which on the island of Java itself has a variety of cuisines from every region on the island of Java. However, at this time there are many traditional foods that are starting to be abandoned by the younger generation now, therefore the author would like to reintroduce to the wider community various kinds of food from the island of Java into a recipe book design that contains dishes from the island of Java. It is hoped that the recipe book design can help the people of Indonesia to be able to recognize the cuisine in Indonesia, especially on the island of Java.
