Abstract

Makanan didefinisikan sebagai berbagai zat yang masuk ke dalam tubuh , yang akan bereaksi menjadi penyedia energi bagi kehidupan dan aktivitas, membangun dan memperbaiki jaringan serta mengatur proses tubuh sehingga makanan yang sehat sangat penting untuk tubuh. Sosis mengandung protein dan kadar lemak jenuh yang tinggi. Sosis adalah produk olahan yang sebagian besar menggunakan daging yang diproses dengan cara dihaluskan dan dibentuk. Sosis mengandung protein dan kadar lemak jenuh yang tinggi. Bahan pangan nabati adalah bahan pangan organik yang dihasilkan tumbuhan ketika membuat makanannya sendiri. Bahan organik ini baik dikonsumsi oleh manusia dan bermanfaat bagi tubuh karena merupakan sumber karbohidrat, lemak, protein dan vitamin. Masakan nusantara merupakan salah satu kebanggaan terbesar bagi Indonesia. Tetapi, seiring berjalannya waktu, semakin sedikit yang mengetahui jenis-jenisnya. Rancangan buku resep menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu uji organoleptik. Diharapkan dengan rancangan buku resep ini, masyarakat dapat mulai lebih menerapkan pola hidup sehat./Food is defined as various substances that enter the body, which will react to provide energy for life and activity, build and repair tissues and regulate body processes so that healthy food is very important for the body. Sausage contains protein and high levels of saturated fat. Sausage is a processed product that mostly uses meat that is processed by mashing and shaping. Sausage contains protein and high levels of saturated fat. Vegetable foodstuffs are organic food ingredients that plants produce when they make their own food. This organic material is good for human consumption and beneficial for the body because it is a source of carbohydrates, fats, proteins and vitamins. Indonesian cuisine is one of the greatest prides for Indonesia. However, as time goes by, less and less is known about the types. The recipe book uses data collection techniques, namely organoleptic tests. It is hoped that with the design of this recipe book, people can begin to implement a more healthy lifestyle.
