Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Komunitas Sico di Pekanbaru terkait dengan pemasaran adalah kurang optimalnya sistem pemasaran yang mereka lakukan karena belum menggunakan adopsi e-marketing sehingga cara memasarkan produk Cireng juga tidak dapat mencapai omset optimal. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan inovasi kepada komunitas Sisco untuk membuat cireng dan mengajarkan mereka dalam memasarkan produk Cireng sehingga dapat membantu mereka untuk meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di Komunitas Sico Pekanbaru ini adalah : (1) memberi pelatihan mengenai pembuatan inovasi produk Cireng (2) memberi pelatihan mengenai cara memasarkan produk Cireng (3) membangun kerjasama antara Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan Komunitas Sico di Pekanbaru. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah dengan mengadakan kegiatan seminar untuk pelaku UMKM Cireng dan kemudian ditampilkan video cara pembuatan produk serta mencari tips- tips dalam pembuatan produk yang dijelaskan sehingga produk yang dibuat hasilnya akan lebih maksimal. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah target hasil yang diperoleh juga akan membuahkan hasil yang positif karena masyarakat luas lebih memahami produk tersebut. Memiliki nilai kedaerahan dan dapat mengolah makanan Cireng menjadi berbagai makanan dan memadukan berbagai rasa yang sangat lezat. Meningkatkan profitabilitas masyarakat lokal untuk mendirikan bisnis. Selain itu, edukasi diberikan kepada masyarakat untuk membantu perekonomian di masa pandemi. Masyarakat mendapatkan pelatihan tentang kreasi inovasi produk Cireng dan cara menjalin kerjasama antara Institut Pariwisata Universitas Pelita Harapan dengan komunitas Sico di Pekanbaru. Kata kunci : pengabdian kepada masyarakat, inovasi produk cireng, e-marketing. / The problem faced by Sico Community in Pekanbaru related to marketing is that their marketing system is not optimal because they have not used e-marketing adoption so that how to sell Cireng products also cannot achieve optimal turnover. The Community Service activities carried out aim to provide innovation to the Sisco community to make cireng and teach them to market Cireng products so that it can help them to increase sales. The objectives of this Community Service activity in Sico Community are: (1) providing training on making Cireng product innovations (2) providing training on how to sell Cireng products (3) building collaboration between the Faculty of Tourism, Pelita Harapan University and Sico Community in Pekanbaru. The method of implementing Community Service activities carried out is by holding seminars for Cireng SMEs and showing videos on how to make products and looking for tips in making products that explained so that products made will produce maximum results. Conclusion obtained is that target results obtained will also produce positive results because the wider community understands the product better. It has regional value and can process Cireng food into a variety of foods and combines various very delicious flavors. Increase the profitability of local communities to set up businesses. In addition, education is given to public to help the economy during the pandemic. The community received training on the creation of Cireng product innovations and how to establish cooperation between the Tourism Institute of Pelita Harapan University and the Sico community in Pekanbaru.
