Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas audit, leverage, dan growth terhadap kinerja perusahaan serta tindak lanjut hasil audit dijadikan sebagai pedoman dalam perbaikan kinerja perusahaan kedepannya. Proksi yang digunakan ROA sebagai variabel dependen untuk melihat kinerja perusahaan perbankan. Proksi yang digunakan sebagai variabel independen adalah : Jenis KAP, Leverage, dan Growth. Pada penelitian ini menganalisa 195 sampel perusahaan yang berada di sektor perbankan serta terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama rentang periode 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa ketiga variabel independen tersebut memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode analisis menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi motivasi bagi perusahaan perbankan agar lebih memanfaatkan kualitas audit, leverage, dan growth sebagai acuan untuk perbaiakan bagi kinerja perusahaan di masa yang akan datang. / This study aims to analyze the effect of audit quality, leverage, and growth on company performance, and the follow-up of audit results is used as a reference for future improvement in company performance. The proxies used are ROA as the dependent variable to see the company in banking sector's performance. The proxies used as independent variables are: type of KAP, leverage amd growth.. This study analyzed 195 samples of companies in banking sector that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the 2016-2020 research period. The results prove that the three independent variables have a significant effect on company performance. The method of analysis uses quantitative methods with classical assumption tests amd linear data regression. The results of this study are expected to motivate the company to make better use of the audit results for follow-up improvements for the company's future performance.
