Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi yang cukup pesat, penggunaan internet pun semakin meningkat. Salah satu hal yang membuat internet banyak digemari adalah dapat melakukan bisnis secara online atau biasa dikenal dengan e-commerce. Namun, dengan melambungnya jumlah pengguna ¬e-commerce, tidak diiringi dengan tingkat kepuasan pembeli yang tinggi juga. Salah satu penyebab ketidakpuasan pembeli ketika berbelanja menggunakan e-commerce adalah kecewa karena review produk tidak bisa dipercaya. Barang yang sampai ditangan pengguna dan barang yang dipromosikan oleh penjual pada aplikasi e-commerce tidak sesuai. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kekecewaan pelanggan terhadap barang yang dibeli adalah mengembangkan fitur Augmented Reality pada aplikasi e-commerce. Augmented Reality merupakan teknologi yang memperoleh penggabungan secara real-time terhadap konten digital yang dibuat oleh komputer dengan dunia nyata. Dengan Augmented Reality, pengguna dapat melihat objek maya dua dimensi maupun tiga dimensi yang diproyeksikan terhadap dunia nyata. Aplikasi e-commerce dengan fitur Augmented Reality yaitu Herbill Shop dibuat untuk platform Android, menggunakan Unity dan Vuforia SDK. Tahapan yang dilakukan untuk membangun aplikasi adalah perancangan sistem, testing, dan evaluasi aplikasi oleh pengguna. Tujuan yang telah dicapai adalah mengetahui bagaimana mengaplikasikan fitur Augmented Reality pada aplikasi e-commerce, dan mengetahui manfaat apa saja yang dapat diperoleh dengan menerapkan fitur Augemented Reality pada aplikasi e-commerce. Setelah dilakukan pengujian, aplikasi e-commerce berbasis Android, Herbill Shop, berjalan dengan baik dan telah berhasil dibuat dengan menerapkan fitur Augmented Reality dengan menggunakan Vuforia SDK, yang meliputi fitur Top Up, lihat AR produk, dan melakukan pembayaran. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pengguna yang dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner, 51.4% responden menjawab Augmented Reality pada aplikasi cukup dapat membantu dalam memprediksi kondisi barang yang akan dibeli, 56.9% menjawab aplikasi cukup dapat meminimalisir kekecewaan terhadap barang yang dibeli, dan 61.5% responden menjawab aplikasi Herbill Shop cukup meningkatkan kepuasan belanja / Along with the rapid development of technology, the use of the internet is also increasing. One of the things that makes the internet very popular is being able to do business online or commonly known as e-commerce. However, with the soaring number of e-commerce users, it is not accompanied by a high level of buyer satisfaction either. One of the causes of buyer dissatisfaction when shopping using e-commerce is being disappointed because product reviews cannot be trusted. The goods that reach the user and the goods promoted by the seller in the e-commerce application do not match. One effort that can be done to minimize customer disappointment with the purchased goods is to develop the Augmented Reality feature in e-commerce applications. Augmented Reality is a technology that achieves real-time integration of digital content created by computers with the real world. With Augmented Reality, users can see two-dimensional and three-dimensional virtual objects that are projected onto the real world. An e-commerce application with Augmented Reality features, Herbill Shop, built for the Android platform, using Unity and the Vuforia SDK. The steps taken to build the application are system design, testing, and evaluation of applications by users. The objectives that have been achieved are knowing how to apply the Augmented Reality feature in e-commerce applications, and knowing what benefits can be obtained by implementing Augmented Reality features in e-commerce applications. After testing, the Android-based e-commerce application, Herbill Shop, runs well and has been successfully created by implementing the Augmented Reality feature using the Vuforia SDK, which includes the Top Up feature, view product AR, and make payments. Based on the results of user evaluations carried out by distributing questionnaires, 51.4% of respondents answered Augmented Reality on the application was sufficient to help predict the condition of the goods to be purchased, 56.9% answered that the application was sufficient to minimize disappointment with the purchased goods, and 61.5% of respondents answered the Herbill Shop application. enough to increase shopping satisfaction.
