Abstract
Studi Kelayakan Bisnis ditempuh sebagai persyaratan akademik untuk memperoleh gelar Sarjana Terapan Pariwisata (S. Tr. Par.) dan menyajikan rancangan bisnis sehingga dapat berjalan dengan lancar. Hong Ma La Restaurant menawarkan sup sebagai produk utama dengan varian rasa yang dikonsumsi dengan lauk-lauk yang langsung dimasak dalam supnya. Studi dilakukan di Kota Makassar dengan cara mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner elektronik yang berisi aspek pasar dan pemasaran yang sudah disesuaikan dengan lokasi dan tenaga kerja. Dengan perkiraan penjualan tahun pertama sebesar 25%, diperoleh perhitungan penilaian investasi IRR>WACC, NPV>0, dan PI>1 sehingga menyimpulkan bahwa Hong Ma La Restaurant layak untuk dijalankan. / Business Feasibility Study is pursued as an academic requirement to obtain a Bachelor of Applied Tourism (S. Tr. Par.) and outlines the business plan with a remarkable result. Hong Ma La Restaurant offers soup as its main product with variety of flavors consumed with side dishes cooked directly inside the soup. The study takes place in Kota Makassar by collecting data through electronic questionnaires that has been customized with the chosen place and resources. First year sales is estimated to be 25% resulting a satisfying investment valuation with IRR>WACC, NPV>0, and PI>1 concluding Hong Ma La Restaurant is feasible to pursue.
