Abstract

The current management information system that AHASS repair shop has does not emphasize interoperability enough to ease the data transfer between one system to another. For that reason, this research is done to make a management information system for AHASS repair shop that can promote interoperability so that data transfer between systems can be done easily. This management information system will be the core system of the whole interoperability that will happen. For the system to become the core, the need to increase the quality of the workshop become apparent. Data standards must be used to accommodate it and the standards that will be used is the ACES and PIES data standard. The design of the management information system for AHASS repair shop utilizes the web environment using the Laravel framework and the MySQL database which is a RDBMS. The system will use centralized architecture using one database for easy data access by the users of the systems. The system will be used by customer, workshop, dealer, and the system admin itself. The system will be tested using scenario testing method based on the 17 use cases that have already been created. The management information system for AHASS repair shop has already been created and the testing has been completed. All use cases have already been tested and all of them can run well based on the scenario created. The system reach foundational level of interoperability with the data standard created. With this system, the idea of an information system that have interoperability as a basic core in mind can be done in real business settings. / Sistem informasi manajemen yang dimiliki oleh bengkel motor AHASS pada umumnya tidak mengedepankan interoperabilitas untuk kemudahan pertukaran data dari satu sistem ke sistem lain. Untuk itu, penelitian ini ditujukan untuk membuat sistem informasi manajemen untuk bengkel motor AHASS yang mengedepankan interoperabilitas supaya memudahkan pertukaran data. Sistem informasi manajemen ini akan dijadikan sebagai aplikasi inti atau core untuk mendukung keseluruhan interoperabilitas yang akan terjadi. Selain itu, peningkatan kualitas data harus dilakukan agar pemindahan data tersebut dapat terjadi melalui standar data ACES dan PIES. Perancangan sistem informasi manajemen untuk bengkel motor AHASS ini menggunakan web environment yaitu framework Laravel dengan database RDBMS yaitu MySQL. Sistem akan menggunakan arsitektur tersentralisasi yang mengumpulkan seluruh data pada satu database saja untuk kemudahan akses data oleh para pengguna. Sistem akan digunakan oleh pelanggan, bengkel, dealer, dan system admin untuk melakukan kegiatan seputar bengkel. Pengujian untuk sistem ini menggunakan metode scenario testing berdasarkan 17 use case yang telah dirancang. Sistem informasi manajemen bengkel motor AHASS telah berhasil dibangun dan selesai diuji. Semua use case telah lolos uji berdasarkan skenario yang telah dirancang. Sistem berhasil mencapai interoperabilitas level 1 yaitu foundational dengan adanya standar data ACES dan PIES. Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan ide mengenai adanya sistem informasi yang dijadikan inti pada interoperabilitas data dapat terlaksana pada bisnis AHASS secara nyata.
