Abstract

Indonesia sedang memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 di mana proses digitalisasi berkembang dengan pesat, termasuk pada industri tekstil dan pakaian. Platform digital semakin banyak dan beragam, salah satu contoh yang paling populer adalah aplikasi pada media sosial yaitu Instagram. Industri retailpun saat ini menggunakan Instagram sebagai media untuk melakukan promosi dan mengenalkan mereknya. Namun, belum semua menggunakan Instagram sebagai media melakukan promosi dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pemasar media sosial yang ahli dalam menggunakan Instagram untuk melakukan promosi dengan baik agar para industri retail dalam memaksimalkan promosi dan kesadaran merek dengan baik. Itu sebabnya penulis melakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui aktivitas pemasaran media sosial merek Xtramiles pada PT. Jaya Insan Mandiri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan melakukan magang untuk mengetahui aktivitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa merek Xtramiles pada PT. Jaya Insan Mandiri menggunakan content marketing, SEO pada pemasaran konten beserta dengan pemasaran orang-orang yang berpengaruh dalam melakukan promosi dan membangun kesadaran merek. Hal tersebut sudah dilakukan dengan rutin dan aktif, namun masih adanya beberapa konsep yang belum digunakan dengan maksimal / Indonesia is entering 4.0 industrial revolution era whereby there’s a rapid growth in digitalization processes, including in textile and clothing industry. Digital platform increases in number and is getting more various, one of the most popular is social media application called Instagram. Nowadays, retail industries also use Instagram as the media to promote and introduce their brands. But, not everyone is using Instagram to do promotion properly yet. Therefore, social media marketer experts who master all Instagram’s features are needed to do promotion properly so that retail industries can maximize promotions and brand awareness well. That’s why writer did research to know about social media Instagram activities of Xtramiles brand at PT. Jaya Insan Mandiri. Research was done through Internship to better understand the activities. The result of this research shows that Xtramiles brand at PT. Jaya Insan Mandiri uses content marketing, SEO on content marketing and influencer marketing to promote and build their brand awareness. It was done consistently and actively, but there are still concepts that are not utilized maximally yet.
