Abstract

Mahasiswa menjadi salah satu manusia yang memberikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat karena dalam Tridharma Perguruan tinggi salah satunya mahasiswa di haruskan terjun ke masyarakat melalui Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat guna mensejahterakan kemakmuran masyarakat. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat di lakukan secara daring dengan mitra siswa SMK Tata Boga Kridawisata Bandar Lampung. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah agar memberikan informasi, pengasahan keterampilan dan dapat menambahkan kreativitas pada siswa-siswi dan guru SMK Tata Boga Kridawisata Bandar Lampung dapat mempelajari pembuatan Entremet Cita Rasa Nusantara yang bisa di coba sebagai ide wirausaha atau hidangan penutup bagi siswa yang dapat di hidangkan bersama keluarga. Entremet merupakan jenis cake mousse, yaitu makanan yang terbuat dari krim kocok atau campuran aneka olahan buah dan cokelat, lalu dikentalkan dan distabilkan dengan tambahan gelatin. Entremet diminati karena tampilan dan rasa yang berbeda pada cake umumnya. Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Pembuatan Entremet Cita RasaNusantara SMK Kridawisata, Bandar Lampung ini diberikan melalui Pelatihan yakni secara daring dengan platform zoom dengan memberikan video tutorial, e-book buku resep Entremet Cita Rasa Nusantara dan e- sertifikat Nasional.Pada kegiatan berlangsung diikuti dengan 33 partisipan dari siswa dan guru SMK Krisdawisata, Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul Pelatihan Pembuatan Entremet Cita Rasa Nusantara Studi SMK Kridawisata, Bandar Lampung mendapatkan respon positif dengan memberikan rating yang baik kepada penulis. Berdasarkan respon wakil kepala sekolah Ibu Fransisca Esti, S.Pd memberikan respon positif bagi penulis untuk bisa melatih secara langsung di SMK Kridawisata dalam praktikum sekolah. / Students are one of the people who provide welfare for the community because in the Tridharma of Higher Education, one of them is that students are required to enter the community through Community Service in order to prosper the prosperity of the community. The implementation of Community Service iscarried out online with student partners of SMK Tata Boga Kridawisata Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide information, hone skills and beable to add creativity to students and teachers of SMK Tata Boga Kridawisata Bandar Lampung to learn making Entremets that can be tried as entrepreneurial ideas or desserts for students that can be served with family. Entremet is a type of cake mousse, which is a food made from whipped cream or a mixture of various processed fruit and chocolate, then thickened and stabilized with the addition of gelatin. Entremet is in demand because it looks and tastes different from cakes in general. The implementation of the Archipelago Taste Entremet Application is provided through training, namely online with the zoom platform by providing video tutorials, e- books, recipes for Entremet Taste Nusantara and National e-certificates. The activity was attended by 33 participants from students and teachers of SMK Krisdawisata, Bandar Lampung. Based on the results of the questionnaire, the Community Service activity with the title Application of Nusantara taste entremet received a positive response by giving a good rating to the author. Based on the response of the vice principal Mrs. Fransisca Esti, S.Pd gave a positive response for the author to be able to train directly at SMK Krisdawisata in school practicum.
