Abstract

Rancangan buku resep merupakan instruksi atau perintah kerja yang berisi cara untuk menyiapkan hidangan, komposisi dan proporsi bahan, teknik pemrosesan yang digunakan, dan prosedur untuk mengolah hidangan. Satu hal penting ketika merancang buku resep adalah bagaimana penulis dapat menciptakan produk yang berbeda dari buku masak lainnya. Maka dari itu, rancangan buku resep ini akan memfokuskan pada sebuah inovasi dari suatu produk yaitu konnyaku yang diolah menjadi dessert dan snack. Tujuan dirancangnya buku resep ini adalah Untuk memberikan inovasi baru dalam mengolah konnyaku menjadi dessert dan snack dan memberikan pengetahuan dan cara bagaimana proses mengolah konnyaku menjadi dessert dan snack kepada pembaca. Kata Kunci: Rancangan buku resep, konnyaku, dessert, snack / A recipe book is an instruction or work order about how to prepare a dish, the composition and proportion of ingredients, the processing techniques, and the procedure for preparing the dish. The important thing when designing a recipe book is how the author can create a product that is different from other recipe books. Therefore, the design of this recipe book will focus on an innovation from a product, which is various desserts and snacks products made from konnyaku. The purpose of this recipe book is to provide new innovations in processing konnyaku into desserts and snacks and to provide readers with knowledge and methods on how to process konnyaku into desserts and snacks.
