Abstract

Jembatan merupakan salah satu sarana dalam sistem jaringan transportasi yang dapat membantu pembangunan nasional. Lebih dari setengah jembatan yang ada di beberapa negara termasuk Indonesia, memiliki jembatan yang kurang baik secara struktural dan secara fungsional tidak aman. Salah satu cara untuk menentukan kondisi struktur jembatan adalah menggunakan non-destructive test. NDT dapat mengidentifikasi kerusakan seperti cacat, korosi dan retakan tanpa merusak struktur. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis NDT berbasis vibrasi dengan data dari alat accelerometer yang akan diolah lebih lanjut agar mendapatkan beberapa parameter seperti frekuensi natural dan periode. Jembatan akan memiliki karakteristik getaran yang berbeda sesuai dengan kondisi jembatan, ketika mengalami kerusakan maka karakteristik getaran akan berubah. Untuk menentukan kondisi struktur jembatan, nilai frekuensi natural dari pemodelan dan aktual akan dibandingkan satu sama lain sehingga dapat mendapat gambaran kondisi aktual struktur jembatan. Diperlukan pemodelan lebih lanjut dalam mendapatkan nilai frekuensi natural kritis agar dapat menentukan kondisi struktur jembatan. Hal yang dilakukan adalah menurunkan nilai modulus elastisitas pada material baja yang diasumsikan terjadi karena kerusakan pada sambungan dan korosi. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan struktur jembatan Z dalam kondisi yang baik karena nilai frekuensi natural aktual sebesar 1,22994Hz merupakan dalam batas nilai frekuensi natural yang baik. Empat model disimulasikan bertujuan untuk mencari nilai frekuensi natural kritis. Nilai frekuensi natural kritis sebesar 1,13145Hz merupakan nilai agar insinyur dapat mengambil keputusan sesuai dengan kerusakan yang terjadi. Untuk menentukan frekuensi natural kritis maka diperlukan peninjauan lebih lanjut dari lendutan izin dan tegangan izin. Kesimpulannya adalah struktur jembatan Z masih layak pakai karena frekuensi model lebih besar dari frekuensi natural kritis dan lendutan masih dalam batas lendutan izin dan tegangan izin masih dalam batas ketentuan. / Bridges are one of the intermediaries in transportation system which can help national development in the future. More than 50% of the total number of bridges in all countries including Indonesia are deficient and structurally unsafe. There's a thing to determine the structural condition of the bridge, for instance by using non-destructive test method. NDT identifies damage such as defects, corrosion, and cracks without damaging the structure. This research analyses vibration-based NDT. The data obtained from a device called an accelerometer, then processed further to obtain parameters such as natural frequency and period. According to conditions, each bridge has a different vibration. when it damages, the vibration frequency of the bridge changes. The natural frequency of what is modelled is compared with the actual to determine instance of the actual condition of the bridge. To obtain the critical natural frequency that will be used to determine the condition of the bridge structure, further modelling is needed. Reduction of the assumed modulus of elasticity of steel is carried out due to damage and corrosion. Based on the research, the Z bridge structure is in good condition because of its natural frequency value is 1,22994Hz which is included in the good natural frequency value limit. The critical natural frequency value of 1.13145Hz is the value used by engineers to make decisions according to the damage that has occurred. The natural frequency value cannot be determined directly, therefore deflection permittance is needed. The conclusion is that the Z bridge is still feasible to use because the model frequency is greater than the critical natural frequency and the deflection value is still within the permit.
