Abstract

Perubahan ekonomi secara digital membuat banyak perusahaan yang melakukan promosi melalui media baru. Hal ini lebih efektif di tengah kondisi pandemi COVID-19 yang mengharuskan semua orang untuk melakukan work from home. Pemagang melakukan kegiatan magang sebagai Digital Marketing Public Relations bagian Portfolio Management Team untuk aplikasi OneSmile PT SinarMas Land. OneSmile merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang terintegrasi dirancang untuk memudahkan warga BSD City dalam menjalankan kegiatan sehari-hari berbasis mobile. Setelah melakukan kegiatan magang selama 4 bulan dari bulan Agustus hingga Desember, pemagang telah mencapai tujuan magang yaitu aktif terlibat secara langsung dalam praktek pelaksanaan pembuatan ide konten aplikasi OneSmile SinarMas Land melalui media sosial Instagram dan Tiktok yang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan Awareness. Selain itu, pemagang dapat menjabarkan peranan digital marketing PR sebagai bentuk aktivitas PR melalui aplikasi OneSmile. Kesimpulan yang dapat pemagang ambil adalah tujuan sebagai digital marketing PR melalui aplikasi OneSMile telah tercapai dengan hasil berupa insights dari proses pelaksanaan pembuatan ide-ide konten yang sudah disusun oleh pemagang. / Changes in the digital economy have made many companies promote through new media. This is more effective in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, which requires everyone to work from home. Apprentices do internships as Digital Marketing Public Relations part of the Portfolio Management Team for the OneSmile application PT Sinar Mas Land. OneSmile is an integrated application designed to make it easier for BSD City residents to carry out mobile-based daily activities. After carrying out an internship for 4 months from August to December, the intern has achieved the goal of the internship, which is to be directly involved in the practice of implementing content ideas for the OneSmile SinarMas Land application through Instagram and Tiktok social media aimed at increasing Awareness. In addition, interns can describe the role of digital marketing PR as a form of PR activity through the OneSmile application. The conclusion that interns can take is that the goal of digital marketing PR through the OneSMile application has been achieved with results in the form of insights from the process of implementing content ideas that have been prepared by the intern.
