Abstract

The Coffee Culture merupakan coffee shop yang menjual berbagai jenis minuman baik coffee maupun non-coffee sebagai menu utama dan beberapa light bites sebagai menu tambahan yang cocok dihidangkan bersama. The Culture akan didirikan di daerah Gading Serpong tepatnya di Ruko Golden 8, Jl. Gading Serpong Boulevard No.1939, Pakulonan Barat, Kecamatan Kelapa Dua, Tangerang – Banten. The Coffee Culture adalah coffee shop yang menyediakan layanan dine in dan take-away. Lokasi The Culture berada di ruko tiga lantai dengan lantai pertamadan kedua sebagai lokasi operasional coffee shop dan lantai ketiga sebagai tempat produksi light bites, kantor, toilet, dan loker karyawan. Selain menjual minuman coffee, non-coffee dan light bites, The Coffee Culture juga menyediakan additional print foto, logo, atau ucapan di atas minuman kopi yang tentunya unik dan jarang ditemukan di coffee shop lain. The Coffee Culture dapat menjadi tempat nongkrong yang asik karena dilengkapi dengan photobooth yang dapat mencetak hasil foto dengan orang-orang tersayang dalam bentuk photo strip. Ambience yang ditawarkan oleh The Coffee Culture adalah cozy and homey, The Coffee Culture akan memutarkan lagu-lagu terkini sehingga membuat para pelanggan merasa nyaman. Data yang dipakai oleh The Coffee Culture dalam studi kelayakan bisnis ini adalah data primer yang di dapatkan dari hasil kuesioner dan melakukan observasi, selain itu ada pula datasekunder yang di dapatkan dari buku, jurnal artikel berita, referensi dari studi kelayakan bisnis yang sudah ada dan publikasi pemerintah tepatnya Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS)
