Abstract

PT Acryland merupakan salah satu industri manufaktur yang bergerak dibidang akrilik. Tingginya permintaan konsumen, membuat perusahaan dituntut harus bekerja efektif dan efisien. Pada kenyataannya, kualitas pekerja dianggap kurang baik diakibatkan lingkungan kerja yang kurang nyaman. Pekerjaan dilakukan bersifat repetitif dan monoton yang dikerjakan secara manual dengan beban kerja yang tinggi. Hal tersebut menimbulkan pekerja bekerja kurang efektif dan efisien sehingga beberapa pekerja tidak dapat memenuhi target produksi harian sehingga perlu diadakan lembur ataupun ditambahnya pekerja. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemakaian waktu bekerja, menganalisis serta meningkatkan produktivitas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Tindakan. Dengan studi literatur terkait dengan work sampling untuk mengetahui produktivitas dari pekerja dan penggunaan waktu bekerja dari pekerja. Serta studi literatur antropometri untuk membantu desain kursi dan footrest. Diambil 7 pekerja yang dipilih secara acak untuk menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Diketahui bahwa produktivitas daripada ketujuh sampel yang telah dipilih berada pada rentang 69,4% - 75,9%. Hasil produksi harian dari hampir seluruh pekerja juga berada pada target yang ditentukan. Diajukan perbaikan stasiun kerja dengan mengganti kursi yang disediakan perusahaan dengan kursi ergonomi yang sudah disesuaikan dengan populasi dari pekerja. Hasil dari penggunaan kursi yang telah diusulkan, produktivitas pekerja meningkat sebesar 3%-5%. Sedangkan untuk produksi harian, rata-rata meningkat 2 – 3 produk. / PT Acryland is one of the manufacturing industries engaged in acrylic. The number of consumer requests, making companies are required to work effectively and efficiently. In reality, the quality of workers is considered to be lacking either due to an uncomfortable work environment. Work done repetitive and monotonous which is done manually with a workload tall one. This causes workers to work less effectively and efficiently so that some workers cannot meet the daily production target so need to be held overtime or additional workers. Therefore, this research aims to determine the use of working time, analyze and increase productivity. The method used in this research is Action. With literature studies related to work sampling to find out the productivity of workers and use of working time of workers. As well as study anthropometric literature to assist in chair and footrest design. Taken 7 workers who were randomly selected to be the sample of this study. Known that the productivity of the seven selected samples is at a range of 69,4% - 75,9%. Daily production of almost all workers too is at the specified target. It is proposed to repair the workstation with replace the chair provided by the company with an ergonomic chair that has been adjusted for the population of workers. The results of using chairs that have been proposed, worker productivity increased by 3%-5%. Whereas for daily production, the average increase of 2 – 3 products.
