Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh hubungan positif antara Efektivitas Kepemimpinan dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan melalui Kepuasan Kerja sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada Bank XYZ. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, dimana dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui proses kuesioner yang diberikan secara online. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan teknik non – probability sampling, dimana yang menjadi responden karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja minimal dua tahun kerja pada Bank XYZ. Jumlah sampel untuk pengumpulan data diberikan kepada 85 responden. Analisis data statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling dimana pengolahan data menggunakan software PLS. Melalui hasil pengolahan data mendapatkan hasil, Efektivitas Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, Efevtifitas Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. / The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of a positive relationship between Leadership Effectiveness and Work Environment on Employee Performance through Mediation Variables at Bank XYZ. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, where in this study data collection is provided through an online process. The data collection technique uses a non-probability sampling technique, where the respondents are permanent employees with a minimum service period of two years at Bank XYZ. The number of samples for data collection was given to 85 respondents. Statistical data analysis used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling where data processing uses PLS software. The results of data processing get results, Leadership Effectiveness has a positive effect on Employee Work, Activities have a positive effect on Employee Performance.
