Abstract
Industri makanan dan minuman masih menjadi sektor andalan penopang pertumbuhan manufaktur dan ekonomi nasional. Konsep Delicacy Restaurant adalah frozen food tanpa pengawet, sehingga aman untuk dikonsumsi setiap harinya, dan tidak perlu khawatir dengan nutrisi didalamnya. Delicacy Restaurant dengan berbagai varian, dan produk unggulannya yang berlokasi di perumahan Park Homes di Jakarta Selatan yang sangat strategis dan merupakan Central BusinessDistrict (CBD). Tidak hanya menyediakan cafe untuk dikunjungi, juga membuka layanan delivery sehingga mempermudah para ibu rumah tangga untuk mendapatkannya. Produk yang dijual dalam restaurant adalah nugget, cumi goreng tepung, churros, croffle, corndog, roti goreng isi, kroket, milkshake,ice tea. Untuk pengambilan sampel Delicacy Restaurant menggunakan Non-Probability Sampling yaitu Convenience Sampling. Segmentasi pasar dari Delicacy Restaurant adalah penduduk berdomisiliJakarta, dan segmentasi demografis Delicacy Restaurant adalahibu rumah tangga dengan usia 29-45 tahun.
