Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh 1) pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) pembelajaran organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional, 3) pembelajaran organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, 5) komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini mengambil lokasi di RSU XYZ di DKI Jakarta dengan menggunakan tenaga perawat pelaksana sebagai responden penelitiannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui proses kuesioner yang diberikan secara online. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling, dimana respoden adalah karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja lebih dari dua tahun pada RSU XYZ di DKI Jakarta. Jumlah sampel untuk pengumpulan data kuesioner diberikan kepada 80 responden. Analisis data statistik adalah Structural Equation Modelling dimana pengolahan data menggunakan software SmartPLS3. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini 1) pembelajaran organisasional memengaruhi secara positif terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) pembelajaran organisasional memengaruhi secara positif terhadap komitmen organisasional, 3) pembelajaran organisasional tidak memengaruhi secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 4) kepuasan kerja tidak memengaruhi secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, 5) komitmen organisasional memengaruhi secara positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini berkaitan erat dengan kinerja karyawan; dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan baik bagi entitas bisnis maupun lembaga pendidikan untuk menetapkan sistem evaluasi kinerja anggota organisasinya. Penelitian ini juga bermanfaat dalam merumuskan kebijakan sistem pendidikan. / The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of 1) organizational learning on job satisfaction 2) organizational learning on organizational commitment, 3) organizational learning on employee performance, 4) job satisfaction on employee performance, 5) organizational commitment on employee performance. This study took place at XYZ General Hospital in DKI Jakarta using nursing staff as the research respondents. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, collecting data through a questionnaire process that is given online. The data collection technique used a non�probability sampling technique, where the respondents were permanent employees with more than two years of service at XYZ General Hospital in DKI Jakarta. The number of samples for questionnaire data collection was given to 80 respondents. Statistical data analysis is Structural Equation Modeling where data processing uses SmartPLS3 software. The results obtained from this study 1) organizational learning positively affect job satisfaction 2) organizational learning positively affects organizational commitment, 3) organizational learning does not positively affects employee performance, 4) job satisfaction does not positively affect employee performance, 5) organizational commitment positively affects employee performance. This research is closely related to employee performance; it can be used as consideration for business entities and educational institutions to establish a performance evaluation system for members of their organization. This research is also useful in formulating education system policies.
