Abstract

PT Acryland merupakan industri manufaktur yang memproduksi berbagai produk berbahan dasar akrilik. Proses bisnis pada PT Acryland dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efisien dan dapat menimbulkan kesalahan dalam komunikasi antar divisi, ditambah lagi dokumen-dokumen dalam bentuk kertas yang disimpan berisiko rusak, dan sering terjadinya kesalahan dalam penyampaian informasi dikarenakan tidak adanya pencatatan yang jelas. Salah satu kesalahan yang terjadi terdapat pada proses pengiriman barang dan penerimaan barang jadi, dimana barang diketahui sedang diproduksi akan tetapi sebenarnya barang sedang dalam pengiriman kepada konsumen. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem enterprise resource planning dengan menggunakan Odoo 14.0 untuk memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis pada PT Acryland. Perancangan sistem enterprise resource planning dilakukan dengan menggunakan Odoo 14.0 sebagai perangkat lunak ERP, dan melalui tahap analisa proses bisnis saat ini, identifikasi proyek, dan analisis kelayakan. Sistem informasi diuji dengan Black-box Testing dan diimplementasikan. Hasil implementasi berupa laporan aktivitas bisnis dan dilakukan pengukuran kesuksesan sistem dengan menggunakan DeLone & McLean Model of Information System Success. Didapatkan hasil laporan penjualan terdapat dua Sales Order, laporan pembelian terdapat satu Purchase Order, laporan produksi terdapat dua Production Order, dan didapatkan laporan perpindahan stok. Pengukuran kesuksesan sistem dilakukan dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada pengguna sistem informasi, didapatkan hasil kuesioner berupa rata-rata skor untuk menentukan efektivitas sistem informasi dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis. Didapatkan rata-rata skor untuk dimensi kualitas sistem sebesar 19,2 (sangat efektif), dimensi kualitas informasi sebesar 18,6 (sangat efektif), dimensi kualitas pelayanan sebesar 18 (sangat efektif), dimensi keinginan penggunaan sebesar 16 (efektif), dimensi kepuasan pengguna sebesar 18,5 (sangat efektif), dan dimensi keuntungan bersih sebesar 18,6 (sangat efektif), maka sistem informasi dapat dikatakan efektif dan sukses dalam memenuhi kebutuhan bisnis PT Acryland./PT Acryland is a manufacturing industry that produces various acrylic based product. Business processes at PT Acryland is done manually so it is less efficient and can cause errors in communication between divisions, and documents are stored in the form of paper which is risk of being damaged, and errors in conveying information often occur due to the absence of clear records. One of the errors that occur is in the process of sending goods and receiving finished goods, where the product is known to be being produced but in fact the product is in delivery to consumers. The purpose of this research is to design an enterprise resource planning system using Odoo 14.0 to meet business needs at PT Acryland. The design of the enterprise resource planning system is carried out using Odoo 14.0 as ERP software, and goes through the current business process analysis stage, project identification, and feasibility analysis. The information system is tested by Black- box Testing and implemented. The results of the implementation are in the form of business activity reports and measurement of system success is carried out using the DeLone & McLean Model of Information System Success. The results of the sales report are that there are two Sales Orders, the purchase report has one Purchase Order, the production report has two Production Orders, and a stock transfer report is obtained. Measurement of system success is done by distributing questionnaires to information system users, the results of the questionnaire are in the form of an average score to determine the effectiveness of information systems in meeting business needs. The average score for the system quality dimension is 19.2 (very effective), the information quality dimension is 18.6 (very effective), the service quality dimension is 18 (very effective), the desire to use dimension is 16 (effective), the user satisfaction is 18.5 (very effective), and the net profit dimension is 18.6 (very effective), then the information system can be said to be effective and successful in meeting the business needs of PT Acryland.
