Abstract
Meningkatnya pengguna media sosial di Indonesia khususnya Instagram, telah membuka peluang bagi banyak pelaku bisnis untuk memaksimalkan kegiatan promosi mereka dengan mengelola media sosial perusahaan. Menggunakan aktivitas komunikasi pemasaran dengan konsep social media marketing serta strategi konten yang tepat, pelaku bisnis dapat meraih berbagai target atau tujuan yang diperlukan untuk memperluas pasarnya dengan memaksimalkan kemajuan teknologi dan internet di era digital ini. PT EasyHelps Multi Solusindo merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang didirikan sejak tahun 2015 dan telah memiliki banyak pengalaman dibidang hukum, dengan fokus utama pada corporate legal secretary dan compliance, yang memiliki produk berupa jasa. Dalam melihat peluang tersebut, PT EasyHelps Solusindo mulai menggunakan strategi social media marketing dengan menghasilkan berbagai konten melalui Instagram untuk mempromosikan produk perusahaan. Dalam melakukan strategi social media marketing, PT EasyHelps Multi Solusindo memanfaatkan berbagai fitur Instagram dengan mengelola konten sebagai alat promosi perusahaan. Strategi social media marketing tersebut memiliki tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan brand awareness perusahaan agar dapat berada di tingkatan tertinggi “Top of Mind” masyarakat./ The increase in social media in Indonesia, especially Instagram, has opened up opportunities for many businesspeople to maximize their promotions by managing corporate social media. Using marketing communication activities with social media marketing concepts and the right content strategy, businesspeople can achieve various targets or goals needed to expand their market by maximizing technological and internet advances in this digital era. PT EasyHelps Multi Solusindo is a company that was founded in 2015 and has a lot of experience in the legal field, with a focus on corporate legal secretary and compliance, which has products in the form of services. Seeing this opportunity, PT EasyHelps Solusindo started using a social media marketing strategy by producing various content through Instagram to promote the company's products. In carrying out a social media marketing strategy, PT EasyHelps Multi Solusindo utilizes various Instagram features by managing content as a company promotional tool. The social media marketing strategy has the main goal of increasing the company's brand awareness so that it can be at the highest level of "Top of Mind" in the community.
